Some bad moments

The app wont recognize me mobile phone number so I cant use the app since this step is required. So thats as far as I got! Frustrating!

I booked a fixed price cleaning and had someone in my apartment within 2 hours. The provider was pleasant and professional, and very thorough! I enjoyed what a simple process it was to book...no more phoning multiple vendors and reading reviews!

App is useless since I cant even enter my phone number (no "continue" button pops up). Useless until they fix it.

This app is really buggy. I didnt even get through sign-up process. It doesnt tell you needs a +1 before the phone number; and then, wouldnt send after I pressed the button 4-6x

The sign-in process is broken. There is no documentation on what phone numbers are accepted, what format they should be in, etc. My London phone number has been rejected multiple times as being "invalid," but for no good reason. A bunch of amateurs.

I saw your ad when I searched sth on Google. I downloaded and registered; however, it stuck when I tried to send verification to my phone.
